These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, bookings, enrollments, services, and agreements entered into with BEEDIGITAL BUENAVIDA LLC (“the Company”).

By purchasing or booking any service or product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Scope of Services

The Company provides educational programs, digital products, retreats, healing sessions, coaching services, trainings, workshops, and related services.

All services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. No guarantees of results are given.

Payments

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.

Access to digital programs is granted immediately upon purchase or at the announced start date.

Failure to complete payment plans may result in suspension of access.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, coaching services, retreats, trainings, and live events, payments are non-refundable.

By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive any right of withdrawal where legally permissible.

Credits may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company but are not guaranteed.

Partial participation, early departure, or dissatisfaction does not entitle you to a refund.

Cancellations & No-Shows

1:1 sessions cancelled at least 48 hours in advance may receive a credit valid for 12 months.

Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.

Retreats, group programs, healing days, trainings, and events are non-refundable.

Modifications & Rescheduling

The Company reserves the right to modify dates, facilitators, locations, schedule, duration, or delivery format due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.

Modifications do not entitle participants to a refund.

If the Company cancels a service entirely, a rescheduled date or credit equal to the booking value may be offered at the Company’s discretion.

The Company is not responsible for additional expenses such as travel or accommodation costs.

Temporary Suspension of Services

The Company may temporarily suspend services due to restructuring, operational adjustments, force majeure, health, legal, or business reasons.

During suspension periods, bookings and credits remain valid and may be extended accordingly.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in retreats, healing sessions, breathwork, hypnosis, trainings, or coaching programs is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

You acknowledge that such activities may involve emotional, psychological, or physical experiences.

You agree that you are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before participating where necessary.

The Company is not responsible for medical, psychological, financial, or business outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business opportunities
Personal injury
Property damage
Emotional distress
Decisions made based on the services provided

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company.

Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in recovery actions, collection procedures, additional administrative fees, and legal costs.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Venue closures
Illness
Travel disruptions
Technical failures
Intellectual Property

All materials, programs, content, recordings, and documentation provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of BEEDIGITAL BUENAVIDA LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming, United States, under the rules of a recognized arbitration body selected by the Company.

The parties waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Acceptance

By booking, enrolling, or purchasing any service or product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Failure to read these Terms does not exempt you from compliance.
