The trainings at Buenavida Academy were not collected. They were chosen, one by one, because they belong together. Energy healing, breathwork, quantum hypnosis, systemic work, sound, light language, tarot. Each one a piece of the same puzzle.
You can take one. You can take several. Each program stands on its own, and each one carries the same lineage.

founder of Buenavida
Buenavida began in 2016 as a side project, born from a quiet mission to help people live a good life. The how came later. In those first years, the project took shape through what felt natural: clothing, jewelry, web design, photography. Friends modelled the pieces she sourced. The website was built by hand.
People began asking for help with their own websites. Her passion for web design and marketing grew alongside her work as Digital Marketing Manager for a large beauty company in Belgium.
In 2021, she made the leap. She opened a space in the Kloosterstraat in Antwerp, with clothing and spiritual items on the ground floor and The Mindful Cave below. After years of personal training, she began offering daily healing sessions in the cave while the shop ran upstairs.
What started as one project has grown into a full ecosystem: 1:1 healing, retreats, courses, and the Academy. Each modality taught here was added because it belonged. Nothing adapted from elsewhere. Built from her own work, her own clients, her own lived experience.
