What began as a personal healing journey slowly became a life's work.
Buenavida grew from the search for the kind of space she once needed herself.
Through hundreds of hours of workshops, certifications and lived spiritual practice, Buenavida became the container for Valérie's work across energy, subconscious, body, family systems and spirit.
Alongside her healing work, Valérie is trained as a Digital Marketing Manager with more than 13 years of professional experience.
