Learn to heal from a state of trance: sensing where the energy is out of balance, working with guides and with passed loved ones, and passing on their messages with clarity and care. Online study in English, followed by a five-day practice week in Malaga, Spain. You finish with a theory and practical exam, and leave as a certified trance energy healer.

Valérie started giving chakra healing in 2021, right after her certification. The words energy healing came to her on their own; she never looked them up. People asked whether it was the same as reiki. She knew the answer was no, without yet knowing why.
Now she does. Reiki follows a fixed sequence, chakra by chakra. In trance energy healing you sense, even from a distance, which chakra is out of balance. You go there first, and then bring the rest of the system back into balance.
Over time, passed loved ones began to come through in her sessions, with messages and with healing of their own. Valérie went fully into trance while the client received the healing. Then one day she came across a documentary about trance energy healing, and recognised it straight away.
More than 100 students have trained with her as trance energy healers.
Everything she knows went into this course, written out and filmed. It is the core of Buenavida®.
A deeper form of energy healing.
Trance energy healing goes further than chakra healing, reiki or classic energy healing. It brings three things together in one session.
Sensing, not a sequence
You feel where the energy is out of balance, even from a distance, and go there first instead of following a fixed order.
Trance
You learn to step into a deepened state of awareness, so the healing can come through you rather than from you.
Mediumship
Passed loved ones can come through, with messages and with healing of their own. You learn to receive and pass this on with care.

Energy healing works on the energy field. Trance and mediumship open it to something larger. This is where the course goes deepest, and where most of the practice week is spent.
Trance
In trance, the healer steps aside. You enter a deepened state of awareness, and the healing comes through you rather than from you. Your own energy stays protected, and the client receives what they need, not what you think they need.
You learn how to go into trance safely, how to stay present while you are there, and how to come back fully grounded after every session.
Mediumship
During trance, passed loved ones can come through. They bring messages, and very often they help with the healing itself. For many clients, this is the moment something finally settles.
You learn to recognise who comes through, to receive their messages clearly, and to pass them on with ethics and discernment: never forcing contact, never adding your own story, always with care for the person in front of you.

The online part is complete before you arrive in Malaga. There you put everything into practice, together, for five days.

Recorded lessons in English that you follow at home, alongside your own healing practice, with a live Q&A every two weeks on Tuesday evening, 7 pm Central European Time.
Practice week
Five days in Malaga, Spain, Monday to Friday. You give and receive trance energy healing, and practise mediumship together.
Professional foundation
The course closes with the part many courses leave out: working as a facilitator, consciously and professionally.
Certification
A theory exam and a practical exam, both online. When you pass, you receive your certificate as a trance energy healer.
